At the coaching program, I can say that there were benefits in using many tools to improve my leadership skills in Oerlikon. I do believe myself in taking the lead with my team and understand better others. I do feel confident and comfortable to indicate the coach Cesar Cordeiro to others coachees. Even though it was my first coaching program as a coachee, I found a good structure in Cesar’s coaching as a differentiation. My overall evaluation regarding the coaching process was satisfying.
